If you're a bit nervous and feel unequipped, don't worry. We've developed training tools to help you prepare to evangelize, disciple, and love your neighbor well.
Support Opportunities
Join A Food Distribution Event
Every other Saturday, our volunteers gather to distribute food to Muslim refugee families. This is the best time to establish relationships with our families, as we generally spend time in their homes getting to know them, and sharing our daily gospel stories with them.
If you're a bit nervous about sharing your faith, that's ok. Come serve food to these families, and we will help you learn how to share.
The Advocate Initiative
Reaching Muslim Refugees With The Gospel
Every year, over 1,000 Muslim refugee families resettle in DFW. They are often left with no money, no jobs, and minimal resources. We have a process to help our families resettle, but we need volunteers to help each family. We're giving churches, home groups, families, and individuals the opportunity to adopt a family.
We will provide you with the necessary resources, but this is a great opportunity to serve the broken and love our neighbors right here in our backyard.
